2. Cancellation and Returns

Non-Cancellation: Once an order for a personalised item has been confirmed and production has commenced, the order cannot be cancelled.

Return Policy: Returns, exchanges, or refunds are not accepted for personalised items.
 

3. Payment and Order Acceptance

Payment Terms: Payment is required in full upfront, or a deposit taken before work begins, as customised goods have limited resale value.

Order Rejection: The seller reserves the right to reject orders that are inappropriate or offensive.

1. Specification and Customization

Customer Responsibility: The customer is responsible for ensuring that all information, specifications, and designs provided (e.g., spelling, images) are correct.

Approval Stages: For personalised orders, be sure to have contacted the seller or joined their TikTok live stream before they will begin the order.

Variations: Clearly state that handmade or custom items may have slight variations in colour, pattern, or finish from the online images.


 

 

4. Intellectual Property and Content

Content Indemnity: The customer indemnifies the seller against any claims, costs, and expenses arising from the infringement of third-party rights (copyright, trademark) for any material the customer provides to be printed or used.

Personal Images: All personal images used for personalised orders will be deleted or destroyed after confirmation of the correct order. 

5. Delivery and Risk

Delivery Estimates: Clearly state that delivery dates are set by Royal Mail and estimated at 48 hours from pick-up.

Risk Transfer: Risk passes to the customer and courier upon pick-up from the seller.
